I used to work there, and if the trend continues about half of the 100 people hired will be gone by the end of the first year. T - Mobile is a terrible place to work that's why most people leave. It counts against you if you have to get off the phone to use the restroom. Some money changed hands for them to get voted best place to work. Lousy to be a customer, even worse to work there. The land was put to better use when it was forested.

Possibly the most horrible customer service in the world! They JUST DON'T CARE! One can wait 2 to 3 hours (or more) for a Customer Service Representative to pick up the line. Frankly, I hope they go bankrupt! HORRIBLE company!

Just to clarify some issues you have ANY company that is on piece work(and that is basically what a call center is) does charge against ANY TIME away form their station--even LL Bean production! And as far as waiting for a. I never have waited more than 10mins for an answer!!
