Vermiculite !!! in an oven???

An article published in the Salt Lake Tribune on December 3, 2006, reported that vermiculite and Zonolite had been found to contain asbestos

Wood smoke and particulate from the oven are surely a step back in time. Talk about a Caron Footprint!

Sounds like another do gooder liberal got the facts mixed up. Bread in the oven, Foot in the mouth

How misanthropic does one need to be to complain about someone making bread and then to bring some weird political slant to it?

I agree. Seems like there cannot be even ONE single thread on this site that someone doesn't try to make a political comment about, no matter the subject matter. Nor can people restrain themselves from making mean spirited comments and/or complain about something.

I bet that bread tastes really good and I applaud their efforts. But since I am not as industrious as these people are, I'll just continue to use my breadmaker or buy my bread from the store.

A relation goes to the White Bear Methodist Church and they recently built a "community oven" recently - similar design. http://www.wblumc.org/breadoven.html
They built it to encourage folks to come together and talk as they did in the old country when there was only one oven. I can agree with the concept in this to and fro world.

It does, if they have a market in their area maybe they will consider contacting them to rent space. I bet they'd sell a lot of it. That pizza sounds does great.

Nothing like shoveling snow and then eating half a loaf of hot buttered bread!
