Sounds like you're pretty upset. What are you going to do about it to get them to tell you?

Definitely another case of big ego, above the law, legalized cop gang corruption. Over and over it happens. I can understand it but what I don't understand is why there is not mandatory DOUBLE sentencing for anyone in the "justice" dept when convicted.

While I believe that the vast majority of cops do a great job, the story last week of a Carver Co. deputy getting busted makes this incident worth a thorough review. When some cops think that they can act this bad without a very serious penalty, I think that a review of certain standards is in order. Mandatory, random, DRUG TESTING maybe? They do it in the military.

They will never admit a mistake. They would rather fabricate things than admit they are wrong. They can always get this guy for something.

sex offenders that have a position of authority have harsher sentences. it should be the same for cops. lock them up for twice as long

Why so hard on the cops. All they do is serve and protect. That is all I read in the pioneer press.
They tell me they are all heros everytime a cop is mentioned. Their life is on the line even buying a soda at the gas station.

My guess is that because the Lewiston Police Chief was fired a couple of months ago - it would be hard to get a conviction - either way it smells like a dirty diper and I'm sure it's based upon the chief getting fired and nothing more than that.

Give the cops a break - don't judge 99% of them based upon the 1% who are screwed up - just like this Lewiston chief was.
