Witnesses say that Johnny Ray ran out of the Police Department, got in his patrol car, and disappeared as soon as someone called him to give him a heads up that the CNN crew was in the courthouse asking directions to the Police Dept.
What a sack of cowards we have for Winnfield City Police! They have allowed a man to be electrocuted till he died and now they can't even stand up like men and face the consequences!
Word around town is that Dorman Guilliams is going to run for Chief of Police. I sure hope this rumor is correct because we desperately need a Chief of Police with some true law enforcement background, knowledge and guts to do the right thing even if that is not the popular view.
If we don’t get this drug dealer out of office our town is doomed!
