burger king service

has anyone else had problems with burger king everytime i go out there they make me pull up and wait 15 minutes for an order. i thought it was fast food

i don't like it myself, but my spouse does, and the last time we went there was no one in the drive thru but us and no one waiting in line inside and they made us pull up and wait. Sorry service.

they do that so that they can get there bonus for getting orders out quickly. they take advantage of the customers.

REFUSE to pull up, it is your option to pull up or not. I refuse to do move till i get my food, you may think i am a jerk, that's cool. I am not in the drive thru ordering for 5 or 10 people either.

I heard that the Head Manager got sick and they fired her because it was taking to long for her to get better. I thought that was against the law? They use to have really good service a couple of months ago when she was there. I went the other day and wait so long because they told me they have new employees well i told them that's not the customer fault they needed to get people that knows what they are doing. They had all the orders messed up and they yelled for the Head Manager to come help and she was in the office and didn't come out. I even asked to talk to her and she still didn't come out.If I knew the main office number I would have called them. The service was terrible I will never be back. The other manager they had was really kind, fast service and cared about her customer.

McDonald's is better. Burger King is ok. I honestly think Burger King is better in other towns though. For fast food in town, Sonic is the best. They should not call it fast food if they are going to make you pull up and wait. That's ridiculous.

there was a manager there that thought she could cuss out young employees...i hope she was the one fired...if it was her,she was sick alot and very disturbed mentaly

I Made a call to find out if she did what you said and they said no never. In fact she fired someone that had a foul mouth, so it wasn't her.
This Manager had long redish brown hair, very sweet her name was Tina or was it Gina something like that either way she was very nice she was only there about 3 or 4 month. she will be missed

If you would re read what was written, I talked to a couple of employee's that use to work there. They now work at Walmart. Their names was Cynthia Monroe and Bruce McDonald. Ask them yourself
and the Manager name was Tina she did not cuss at anyone that's what they told me. So sorry to see she doesn't work there anymore that's all I was saying gezzzz making something into nothing.

kerri mckinney is the one who runs it now n she cusses everone out n will not come out of the office she is chicken but loves to run her mouth about everyone she cant keep any help she has rehired all drug heads n they cant even work there shes two faced
