Maybe this post should be entitled how the electricity companies' take the customers for granted. With them doubling our light bills, I think we should expect better service.

Agree. If they worked at keeping trees/limbs away from lines they could save money. If you sneeze on a transformer in Winnfield the electric goes out. Mediocre service for the price.

Too bad your internet service was restored quickly. It was peaceful around here for a day or so.

Yep, the power companies should be able to control the weather so that trees are not blown down across the power lines. Give me a break!

Listen up goober breath. Those lines, lots of them are covered with limbs. For all the money they make they could at least clear the right of way near those lines. It's called preventive maintenance. No one hinted that the weather could be controlled. Get real.

As often as the power goes off in the city of Winnfield peoples appliances are ruined. I put a Back-Ups on my pc, and it beeps when the power spikes. It's constantly beeping.

The majority of the city was still on when the transmission lines were cutoff. That was Entergy lines. I wonder if Charlie can blame local folks for problems that happened outside Winn Parish. Charlie is such a negative goober.

Charlie hates everyone. He has a snide comment for everyone. And there are some idiots who respond how great he is and that he is funny. But just wait until they get mentioned by name on here and he will be slamming them too. Bet they won't think he is so funny and clever then.

Charlie must be a miserable old man. Apparently he doesn't have any friends or family who claim him. He is on his computer all the time, at all times of the night and day.

He must lead a boring, lonely life. And it makes him feel like a big man to cut others down.

Charlie is most certainly a sit back and do absolutely nothing constructive type of guy.

If life you have doers and those who do nothing but wait for others to do. Charlie is certainly the later.

agree that if the wind blows in winnfied city limits the power will likely to go off. but outside of the city, I have seen a lot of preventive maintenance over the past few years, which has helped in not having power outages as much as we used too. So if a freakin hurricane takes out the electricity, it is not the power companies fault - get a life.

#1. That is against the law

#2. Who gives a shit who he or anyone else is. Why get on here if you're going to wonder who people are? That's kinda the point of an online forum. You get to stay anonymous.

No! You listen goober smoocher!(see i can stoop to your level and act like a kid and call you names too) Preventive maintenance will not keep a tree from falling on the line and knocking out power.

People complain about the limbs causing power fluctuations and outtages but when you cut the limbs away from the lines they complain about how terrible it looks and that you are butchering the trees.

I would love to know who he is among numerous others.

I would think that it is or should be against the law to tell false deeds about others. But that sure hasn't stopped him.

Why do you love his apparent slander so much?

He has not said near as much as lots of other people. If everyone would try and keep the to the Golden Rule, don't say anything unless it is something nice, then we would have a nice topix site !!
