I didn't see where "the Judge" identified himself as such in his letter to the editor. The way I read it he was responding as a citizen but that smarta$$ Curry made sure that the first thing he stated in his letter was to point out that Jacque was the Judge. I also didn't see anywhere in Jacque's letter where he stated anything about any employee of his, but ole Mr. "KNOW IT ALL" made sure to let everybody know this!(as if it mattered) Curry tried to clearly make everyone think that Jacque was trying to abuse his authority or something when it was very clear he had left the "Titles" out of his comments as to voice his opinion as an average Joe.

Jacque was 100% right on the comments in his letter.

Curry is nothing more than a sh!t stirring know it all that has become the mouth piece for Chief Carpenter who cannot speak clearly enough to be understood!

Chuck thinks that he is untouchable. He and his hag ole lady are running the police station. I dont know why Johnny Ray lets them but he does. He is a snake and cannot be trusted. He should keep his pie hole shut and keep his know it all opinions to himself.

Way to go Jacque! I had somehow missed his letter in last weeks paper, but just went back and found it. Bravo!

This Curry guy has to be a lunatic.

Of course the city is doing nothing to curb any crime in the city because they are all (the higher ups anyway) involved in it. Including Curry. Shame on them for betraying the trust of the people and defying the badge they wear.

Go find yourself a last weeks Winn Parish newspaper (they probably have copies down at the newspaper office) and buy yourself a this weeks paper. Read the "Letters to the Editor" sections.

And think Jacque was correct in his observations!

I just think it is funny cause if it would have been anyone else they would have had to go to court and pay a fine or not show up and get a bench warrant no recall no bond. But since this is Winn only us working class folks have to pay tickets and everyone else gets away with it so why is she no better than I to get a damn ticket? Congatulations to the officer who wrote her.

In Derr's letter he made the comment that the parked cars were not causing a danger and therefore should not of been given a ticket. So the next time I am written a speeding ticket and thier are no other cars around I should be able to use the same excuse

I have been reading on this and I haven't read the paper cause I have been out of town. Who was getting the tickets? The workers there or who? This hasn't made alot of sense to me. Could you please explain it in detail a little for me?
