sorry, I find that farmed fish don't taste very good. I have tried Salmon, tilapia, catfish and striped bass. They all have a "muddy" taste to me. What made me realise this is that when I catch my own catfish they taste great. If I suspect that a fish is farm raised, I won't buy it. I eat fish and seafood about 3 times a week.

Have you tried to put maple syrup on your fish? Or eat them with a side of bacon?
