Oh...thank God the police are keeping everyone safe from potheads. Its much better than solving robberies or murders.

The private, for-profit prison industry gets more fresh meat. That is great news.

I guess this fella will probably get violent on someone when they let him out in 20 years.

This is insanity. Legalize it.

Do you really think dirty politicians will let their monopoly on this very profiting product go? The only difference between the current statis and "legalization" is that the dealer image will go from "street scum" to "respectable pharmicist". The cost will never change, except that anti-marijuana activists will push for constant "tax increases" as a way to deter use. 75 plants is enough to cut into The Man's income. This guy was trying to exploit the current laws on marijuana just the same. It's not like he was growing a few plants for his own personal use. Exploiters like this are amoung the many reasons that it will never be legal to grow a marijuana plant for personal use. It will only be legalized as a pharmaceutical with the standard unaffordable price.

Prison builders get rich. Nonviolent person goes to jail for doing nothing wrong. The police are thugs. The politicians are their bosses. Quote Thomas Jefferson. "If people let the government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as the souls who live under tyranny"

It's not a war on drugs. It's a war on liberty.
