Porn star and pastor debate at UWO

A pornography star and a pastor may seem an unlikely duo. But the combination drew a sold-out crowd at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh on Wednesday night.

In a free? country, this type debate is healthy. A free exchange of points of view can not hurt; might help. However, I really don't think many will change their mind about the subject; you either enjoy porn, or you don't. I don't think there are many who are ambivalent.

This porn star vs. pastor debate does, at-least, make good entertainment; almost everybody enjoys listening to salacious stories, and the scholarly types can do it and keep their dignity too. After-all, it's for science.

Porn has been around since the cave men scribbled it on walls of their caves. And it will be around in the next millenia, if we make it that far. There is even Jetson porn now LOL.

Like anything that has the potential for addiction, we should just be concerned with our own loved-ones, and see to it that it doesn't get someone we care about in trouble. That's about all we can do.

It's too big to ban, and too popular to get banned.
