CBS7 News 3/1/13 WARD COUNTY - The Monahans News reports that the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposed a plan to re-introduce the Southwestern Gray Wolf, an endangered species, into areas of Arizona, New Mexico,Texas and Northern Mexico.
