I would not live there again. That place was so trashy and so were the people who live there. We lived there not even a month. You couldnt even go outside your apartment without somebody up your butt. Couldn't sleep because the people above you. Kids run wild there. It's full of drugs and welfare people. Considering a 3 month old baby was just found dead and there were drugs found in the apartment. Sable point isn't any better. A baby fell out the window there. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. And it is incomed based because we payed more than anybody there because my husband makes great money. So glad we got out of there. We hated it and it's not a place we wanted to raise our kids. We just moved to Winfield and thy looked nice but once you actually lived there it was terrible.

That baby was my grandson and he died of SIDS. You don't have a clue to what really was said or done so please keep your comments to yourself.

I just seen the news and my condolences to your family ! But it couldn't have been a stable place for children with all the drug use and fighting going on ! People are stupid and post nasty stuff I understand & I'm not trying to disrespect anyone ! I have 2 kids under the age of 6 and couldn't imagine losing one of mine ! But the drugs found in the home is a big red flag at any terms ! I know no ones perfect but there is a time when u have to grow up and leave the parting days behind and take care of ur family !

First off condolences to babys family.

Next it is not income based. It has income maxes to assure that the affordable housing is used by people that need it. I've lived here 5 years and the management team now is incredible. I know for a fact they have zero tolerance for criminal behavior. A friend of mine that lives here was arrested for domestic violence and had an eviction notice before she got out of jail. I'm sure that the babys parents will be made to leave also. James the manager actually told me he can get bonuses if the occupancy stays high but he'd rather not get the bonus if it means getting rid of bad people. Scott the office guy lives here. He is a good guy too. I doubt your story is true "concerned". I don't think the sable and brittany point landlords can make people better parents. But it looks like they try. And FYI I'm not on welfare.

I agree completely. My daughter was and is not a drug user. This tragedy has been over shadowed by what was found in that apartment but the news has failed to say that the two are in no way related. People love dirty laundry and the news wants more readers and viewers. It will all come out in the wash. Even the facts aren't correct!!! We can't mourn the loss of a special little gift that left this world too soon by SIDS for the crap that the news has turned this into.

That place is a cess pool for drugs. Let the cops search all the apartments and I'd say more than half have some kind of illegal drug use going on.

Actually that happens very often. Get on a SIDS website and educate yourself.

I to was under the impression that Brittany point was a nice place to live....sandy showed me a model apt and it was great but when we moved into our apt and the new paint smell wore off the old cat smell was back.....he had told us we would be living on the first floor that didn't happen and he said they sealed the floors to make sure there was no cat oder but its there....fortunately my lease is about up and I can move soon.......I never see James anymore but scott is kind of arrogant and a complete smart ass.........anyway I am thankful to have a roof over my head and 700.00 a month isn't bad but the place sucks and needs a lot of work and should be more choosy about whom they allow as residents

You can thank the management company for everything. They run the show. From my understanding James is no longer with the company. Sable Point has went back to being awful. We have a new manager and she is horrible. James made sure everything was taken care of. Now you call the office and no one answers. I went to the office and the girl told me the new manager was on lunch and she was just sitting in her office eating subway. refused to see me.

Since the day i moved into sable point my life along with my experiences with the office staff have been hell. Of course i signed a year lease so do to my life obligations was unable to afford to break my lease. It has been one thing after another with my rent. I was in the office every month with a 3day notice to pay because the ledger was never corrected from the day i moved in. So to my knowledge back in June everything was straightened up...no 3 days notices, no calls from the office (in fact i spoke to them in July n they told me everything was corrected).... Only to get a court notice of eviction on Sept. 28th. I am NOT the only one that is fighting this in court! So finally when i do get doc. i have requested someone had went in and made corrections to it to make it look right to hold up in court. One thing that the office needs to know is.... if your going to forge doc then you should pay more attention to little details (such as check marks)... What Picernce Real Estate need to do is pay attention to what their regional manager is doing every 3-4 months before the company comes down face first. She comes and fires management every few months and evicts people who have been truly great tenants whom have taken care of their property without cause???!!!?? Oh maybe thats because Govt. funds are being misused??!!!?? Perhaps?!??!!! I meet with my attorney on Wednesday and i suggest if you are having this problem with Sable Point OR Brittany Point you need to get legal advice asap!!!
