When did this happen, & what caused them to do this?

I guess I must be missing something because I never thought they were bad people. The wife was crazy jealous of her husband, but did not seem like a bad person. Guess she thinks her husband is a hot commodity. Really??? Not very many women are interested in a married, unemployed man with 6 kids. The children that I encountered were mannerly and polite. If they see me they always offer to help carry my groceries, or take my trash to the dumpster. They were always very polite. Care to elaborate on why you feel the need to bash them? I know of a few other residents that should be booted out, but guess we'll have to see what happens. You can only be dishonest for so long before it catches up with you.

When Brittany Point first opened, it was a very nice place to live. I have been told that the police are now called there daily. What a shame.

I've lived here for years and it has never been better. There is someone in the office every day and they answer the phone. James runs here and sable pt and I here they are both much better. It is cleaner and the cops are never gere unless just driving through. The only.problem is parents not watching their kids

My butt!!! Aaron WAS a problem......as were his guests and/or live ins. Guess you never heard the fighting between he and his wife? They went crazy cursing each other. Also, his guests/live ins tried to come into several apartments.

As far as Jason goes, he drank all the time and screamed at his children. Oh, and let's not forgot the fighting, screaming, beating, and banging noises that would come from his apartment on a constant basis. You could hear it all over the place one night. I'm surprised his neighbors never called the police.

Any income-based housing means HUD and welfare. So you know you are going to have crime and drugs.

Brittany point is not income based. Rich people also commit crimes and use drugs.
