Does anyone know how to get into contact with Arthur Ray Baker's immediate family. I just recently learned of his death. He is my half-brother. I am his older half-sibling. Thank you.

Hello,
Arthur died of an acute asthmatic attack in 2006. According to newspaper articles the EMTs made him walk down a flight of stairs and didn't assist him in anyway. They waited until he collapsed and then tried to revive him. Surely someone has more information on this. I'm just trying to find his immediate family and get to know them. As his sister is my half-sister. Thanks for any information you can provide.
