What is the ruling on the original electrical fire?????? Arson?!!!!!

I believe it is not going to matter what the cause of the first fire was. All the evidence points to guilt. Vacation, removal of personal belongs, house on the market overpriced, multiple leans on the home.

Things where removed from the house right before the second fire started. Its all just a little to fishy for me! Not to metion the matusic's havent recived any insurance money yet that means the investigation is not over and aparently wasent a easy explination like a rekindle. What kind of people just decide we cant sale the house lets just burn it down, then go shopping. Well looks like the shopping trip has to wait. Sad and diffently not the smartest way to deal with money issues.

I just read this and it hit the nail on the head It sounded so close that i thought they where discussing their case for a min Wowis right I guess pam didnt read this before the fire. It just really makes me wonder being a few houses down I didnt want to think they would put my home at risk,but Im really starting to wonder. What if the fire spred and harmed my family?? I guess you never really know whos next door.

Well I hope to hear they are shopping means they are not guilty, I never wanted to think that they put Our homes in danger, but after reading the paper and this forum, I have to admit, I starting to wonder, so some one please tell me they didnt mean to put my family in danger and the investigation cleared it all up. Dr Joe is my childs doctor and if all this is true.......Well Im hurt and looking for a new doctor.?????????

I can't believe what is being said on this topix. I too believed this was a unfortunate situation and gave the family my prayers. Now a pray for the children involved!!! May god watch over them and see them threw this. They will come out strong with the love and support of their friends and other family members.

Can YOU please enlighten us as to how the "heat is on?" Pam repeatedly tells everyone that they are getting their insurance money and they were cleared by the fire marshall.

Well if you are assuming that the fire Marshall is in charge of clearing you, you are wrong. The insurance company has the burden of proof to claim something different all on circumstancual evidence.

the investigation is not over my good friend works with the fire department and i know its not She is just a lie like always and wants everyone to just shut up. They may still pay for there wrong doings

It is over. They don't discuss investigations with the firemen and could lose their job if they did. If insurance money was released, they were cleared.

Their bank accounts are currently being looked at.. that sounds to me like the investigation is not over!! Possible money problems another motive.
