I would just like to see how many people are upset with this man. is it possible to form a protest and get him removed from office? If so how do we go about it? I mean i see my grandson leave with his dad every week, he screams he doenst want to go, how dow one man have so much power over families. there is no rhime or reason how he rules just what he feels like, he doesnt take the children's interest at heart it is like ok you are father now here is your kid you have not seen in 6 months take him have a good time. How is that stable for a 1 year old? it is sad so so sad.

I think that Mr. Watkins is doing what is best for the kid. A 1 year old becomes attached to the folks that they are around most of the time. As a Dad with Children that has 2 kids that do not live with him, I think you are so very wrong. I have a 15 year old that I have been around since she was a baby and every year until she was about 12 she cried when we left for vacation and she had to leave her Mom and Grandmother. Should a judge refuse to let me see my daughter cause she cried? I think Judges have to take the best interest of a child. If a parent goes 6 mos withour seeing there child, trust me they will do it again and then the child we learn later in life where they stand with that parent. Do not blame the judge for following the rules.

I would like to know the answer to that as well. I had to go through the same with my child. The judge doesn't rule in the best interests of the child.

He took money from us as a retainer before he won that judge position then said he could not represent us because of being a judge now. He STILL HAS NOT refunded our retainer, and we have a receipt.
