Judge it!
It is truly a shame that this could happen. But where were the authorities when this was happening? Maybe "they" should be charged with negligence and the government should hire new people. I'm in Utah, but there isn't anything I wouldn't do to help. There are animal problems, unemployment and people just dump their guys off. Let's enforce the rules (neglect) and let's educate the public, spay and neuter, stop the puppy mills and dog fighting.

The controversy surrounding Pet Rescue in Bloomingdale continues to swirl as a second shelter official is accused of providing improper care to sick animals.
