Too bad the progressives did away with the town farms. The homeless problem was solved hundreds of years ago, but LBJ's so called "great" society screwed that completely up, a few decades back! Now Welch wants to be a hero and throw more money at the homeless, rather than bring back the poor farms.
There is more to good health than idle hands snuggled up to a troth. Throw the bum out!
