On October 4th. I was taken to Bradley Int.. Airport to catch a flight to Sacramento by The shuttle driver from The Ramada Inn.
Due to his incompetence we were locked out of the shuttle van and unable to retrieve my luggage. Missing my flight I stayed at the airport hoping to get a standby flight but was unable. Being a diabetic and handicapped
I called the Ramada and requested a shuttle back to the hotel as I had purchased a ticket
for the following morning and that I did not expect to be charged for that nights stay.
After waiting over two hours the shuttle never arrived so I took a taxi and called on my cell phone that I was arriving on my own only to be told there were no rooms available. A call was made to the manager and I told him expected a refund and was told I would have to take that up with corporate. Another call was made when I returned to California to corporate and they informed me that the would not be issuing me a refund. Is this how a large company does business by screwing the little guy?
I will never stay at a Ramada Inn or any place associated with them.
