It's as if these idiots have no self restraint what so ever. Is 20 years in jail really worth it just because someone called your ugly sister a name? Stoopid!

This just adds to the downhill slide that Manchester is going down. While the Board of Directors worry about the trash pickup and leaf collecting they should start understanding that Manchester is not a town, but rather turning into a city, and a bad one at that. Two nights ago was a drive-by shooting within a quarter mile of our schools. The problems are growing, how will you deal with this General Manager Scott Shanley?

There is no answer short of segregation and that is now illegal. No city has ever solved their minority violence problem so don't expect Manchester to be the first. You'll just have to get used to the benefits of diversity.

This has nothing to do with segregation or diversity, merely the fact that Manchester is changing, and not for the better. Violence is not part of diversity and not something the residents should not have to put up with.
DIVERSITY: the condition of being diverse : variety ; especially : the inclusion of diverse people (as people of different races or cultures) in a group or organization.

This is violence, nothing more, nothing less in a changing city that needs resources to deal with it -
There are benefits for diversity, excluding violence.

The above is correct. I've lived in Manchester my entire life and I can tell you two things: Manchester has become more "Diverse" and Manchester has become more violent.

Not really scary to me. One can still educate themsleves, get a good job and live in a place beyond the means of most of these morally bankrupt deviants.

'In court, his attorney, Michael Peck, said this is the "first so-called violent incident" his client has been accused of.'

$200,000 for law school, and this is the best he can come up with?

The key word is accused. How much psychopathic behavior he is actually responsible for we may never know.
