Another great example of our sense of priorities. We get these "criminals" off of the streets for supplying people with a means to simply get high. Meanwhile call the police next time your car gets broken into. They dont spend any time or effort looking for a real criminal. The police are too busy doing prostitution stings and harrassing people for getting high or heaven forbid, smoking in a bar. Keep on legislating morality, then complain about overcrowding prison systems and parol a rapist. Good thinking people.

$1.1 million worth? Bummer. That could've made a whole lot of smokers goofy, hungry, and sleepy.

Time to legalize the weed and spend more of the government's money and time hunting down dealers who deal in drugs that can actually harm the population.

Now will you please make a visit to the Budweiser plant just down the road!!! If these guys need to go th jail for pot than the brewers need to be sentanced to death.
Never heard of someone smoking a bowl than beating his wife!!!
By the way I don't smoke. But if its legal to pickle your brain with alcohol why on gods green earth are we filling our jails with people who smoke pot?
It has to be crystal clear to anyone with even a small amount of common sense that smoking a little weed is much much better not only for society in general but the persons health as well.
Please stop the insanity!!!

Precisely. At least we're seeing a little bit of a trend away from the ignorant and racist views that perpetuate the myths and stereotypes surrounding this harmless and quite beneficial herb.

Interesting point of view. Are you 60-80 years old and a victim of the government's "reefer madness" propoganda? If not, please tell us exactly WHY you feel this way.

Just like there are laws against illegal drugs, there are laws that stop us from shooting illegal drug users. WE do away with one, we should do away with the other. Let us legalize pot, then maybe coke, then meth, should we legalize all illegal drugs? Once it is legal to smoke pot then some junkie will come along and want to legalize the next and the next. We have enough people brain dead on alcohol why legalize more?
