I bet a lot of you old timers sniffed it. Also, thanks for illustrating the ignorance of Bonham throughout the generations. F-O-R-T-Y. This is how the numerical quantity of 40 is spelled. Idiot.

The ones with such a smart a$$ mouth don't know a thing about football , positions played, whose good, whose was not a good player. Good Lord, you guys need to go study for your GED or watch a little football on tv or switch over to ESPN. And quite correcting someone's spelling when you don't even know how to dot the i and cross the t.

Old Goat:
"Whose" is not to be confused with "who was" and "quite" is not to be confused with "quit." You are either a dumb assed ex jock, a senile old illiterate, a Bonham graduate, or a special needs fan. Taking into consideration the Fannin venue in question, could be all categories.

Let us hope big changes come to Bonham soon, then your kind will eventually be outnumbered. Oh yes, to hell with football and lopsided expenditures for it, the ignorant diversion.

"Colorado Forever" you win first place!!! You caught the incorrect spelling of quit which was done on purpose. But what about the placement of commas? Oh, nearly forgot, please lookup the definition of whose/who's!

And here is an even greater observation: American football is a foolish game for overgrown children. Who really gives a flying [email protected]@@k is a pertinent question.

No one has mentioned Lonnie Bennett? Full ride to UT? Dont think anyone else has had that from here. Dont look at bonham look at where they were wanted after bonham. All mentioned here were above average players. Most older people who have seen it all say Lonnie was the best football player Bonham has had.

Lonnie Bennett was the closet thing to Barry Sanders I have seen play before he got his knee hurt. Explosive, quick, great vision and strength. As Nolan Ashmore, long time coach in Bonham, and he will tell you Lonnie is the greatest running back or football player to come out of Bonham.

Aaaaahh.......glory days of high school football. Let's reminisce about a sport that has no meaning or relevance to life "Remember when.......whatever happened to......that reminds me......and who could forget......"

As long as football and Buttwiper beer are available to anesthetize the masses the complete destruction of America by politicians who never watch football will continue unabated.

Juiced up thugs and goof ball freakazoids taking vicious hits and taking well timed dives for the biggest rigged racket since the Wrestling Von Eriks. Entertainment, phoniness, excess, drama, bullshit, egos, loser dumded down masses. Most of you idiots think politicians are bought off and self serving but a juiced up and hop headed thug with football pads and a jock is beyond reproach. If Lonnie Bennett and the Grace boy and Danner boy are still on you latent homos' minds while your school system and country implodes then there is no hope.

It's simply absurd that somone would be a "welfare beggar living off your tax dollars" solely because they don't like football and used the "F" word to reinforce the point. Way to show your true colors by stereotyping a welfare recipient as being foul mouthed and lazy. I'm sure your incredible taxable income really supports a lot of "welfare beggars."

That is called Purple Warrior logic. The whole idea is as a member of a poverty stricken and ignorant enclave in Fannin County, one must accuse questioning outsiders of a deficit one is burdened with but is deeply conflicted by. These folks make King of the Hill look like the Court at Versailles.
