Fake claim,
"Farhoumanzadeh began collecting $623 in monthly disability payments in 1996 based on a claim of anxiety disorder"
Give me a break, he even tried to get his mother on the dole.
I hope he gets the whole five years. Maybe they can send him to Texas to serve his time.

how is the "Iranian" eligible for social security benefits?
how does one become "legal permanent alien"?

It is truly amazing how these foreigners come here and are immedicately eligible for taxpayers money. Even more so because getting throuh the governmnet paperwork is foreign to most of us who are legally entitled. I work for the government but I'll be damned if I can understand the legaleze of any other government agency. They seem to have the knack for getting money out of us. If they are that smart shouldn't they be employed helping the likes of Ben Bernake or Paulson to solve the economic crisis?

Wow, if we tried a scam like that in THEIR home country it would be choppity chop off goes yer head! I am beyond bewilderment at how people come here and get away with all kinds of crime and walk away laughing yet if I make a mistake on my tax return I get treated like Al Capone? What a crazy topsy-turvy system we have.

I have a perfect solution. Send the guy back to Iran to live with his dad. Then we dont have to pay to keep him in prison.
