I searched for bathroom remodellers in dr. phillips area orlando in google. Ane I interviweed four contractors including savitara general contractors. The Savitara General Contractors came on time for our first meeting. I showed four bathrooms for my house needed upgrades built in early eighties. The owner of savitara was very professional, honest, educated. We agreed that savitara general contractor will convert all four bathtubs into standing shoer with frameless glass enclosure with new faucets for shower and new vanities, floor and wall tiles. Savitara e-mail me back next day with the written proposal. The proposal was very clear, and clearly showed the scope of work, and exclusions. The price was bit higher from the handyman, but we felt safe hiring licensed general contarctor such as savitara general contractors. The savitara general contractors team was very clean and easy to work with, they completed the work on time, within budget, and never tried to upsell. They did not ask for any down payment, but the payment was due on the day they finished the work. We are completed satisfied with how they handled the whole bathroom remodeling process. We recommend them to several of our friends for their remodeling, and they are satisfied with their experience. We strongly recommend savitara general contractors in orlando florida for all remodeling associated work.

UNRELIABLE.
Gave me a price over the phone (which I accepted), gave me a start date, then emailed a revised date and then never showed. Did not answer any phone calls and did not return any messages. There are many other contractors out there - DO NOT USE THIS ONE !!!

Unprofessional. Rude.
I gave this man a chance to remodel my 2000 sq ft house (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms) but wanted to start by doing the floors. It was a $2500 job, with the potential to make more if he did a good job on the floors. This man kept promising to do a contract immediately and gave the most childish excuses why he has not. After a week and many calls, I called him again to figure why it wasn't done and we talked about how he was going to do the job. He didn't have much expertise and avoided any direct answers. But what I did get out of him was that he was going to install cement backer boards to level the floor with no adhesive between the floor and the board!! even a beginner would know this, he wanted to cut corners and just screw them down, but that would not make the boards level apart from ruining the foundation floor. When I informed him that I wanted thin set mortar under and between the boards to make it level and stop any lateral movement he said NO! "I don't do that!!" lol. He could have just said ok, it will cost you x much. Then I asked him how he planned to level the floor and he said that he didn't want to tell me!!! it is because he doesn't know!(my opinion). He was rude on the phone, has no idea how to answer it for starters and acts like he is doing you a favor even though you are giving him a job. Once he didn't want to do the job at a reasonable standard I had to go with someone else. I lost a week because of this man it sounds like he is eating Cheetos watching TV every time we talked. I am happy I researched the job needed and ask him about it before he started, he is a COMPLETE UNPROFESSIONAL.

We are in business to perform the work; we are not in business to teach how the job gets done! Mr. Dani (the home owner) already had done illegal construction without permit and asked to perform the work without permit; so we respectfully declined to take his project.

Mr. Roman never signed the contract; so we did not take on his project. We do not favor old style hand shake contracts. We provide written proposals with all terms and conditions, and only start work upon executed contract and approved permit.

We hired savitara roofing contractors in Orlando to do roof replacement at our house because they answered the phone when we called, the free proposal for re roof was provided within 24 hrs, and their cost was below the competition. Their roofing replacement proposal was easy to read and understand. The warranty and material was clearly defined for new roof. Upon agreement they started the work within 2-3 days and completed the work in 3 days. The owner came to inspect the work before during and after the work. They were easy to work with. They clean up well after the roofing work. We find them honest reliable roofing contractor in Orlando.
