Mayor Buddy Dyer handed him a $4 million present of our tax money!!!
And check the lawsuits that we know about. He sweet talks people, they give him money to start "new businesses" and then the money vanishes.
Look at the developments he has controlled. He gets homeowners dues to pay his bills, or uses hoa-paid companies to cut his lawn.**** because he's so special.
For the most part I was speaking of his previous endevours in Lake Mary... a little company called Arcada... built by Azzouz, et. al.... acquired by (insuccession) Seagate, Veritas and now Symantec... he assembled the talent, built the company, and sold out for a nice parachute for himself (BTW anyone who worked for the company as it was acquired by Segate and successors had the opportunity to do very well for themselves in stock and options also)...

Azzouz, like him or hate him, has single-handedly removed crime from MetroWest. You can't drive throught MetroWest without seeing at least one cop car. It is worse (or better) than Windermere.

Sorry, the SuperMan fantasy just doesn't meet reality. Still plenty of crime.

I hope the IRS seizes this money like they did with his "business partner" Joe Seebach. They are both much more guilty than what they have actually been caught doing and extreme greed gets you an extreme fall.

As a contractor myself i lost all respect for this guy when after having over 1 million dollars in construction leins filed on his veranda park project in Metro West, his comment to the sentinel was that he did not think 1 million dollars in leins was that big of a deal based on the size of the project. What a jackass! I am glad i did not do any work for that asshole. Suck on the big bankruptcy kevin! LOL!!!!!!!!
