You are not alone,he would not return my phone calls either. Why do you expect him to answer or respond to your calls?

Isn't this type of info personal? Why report it?

It is not personal information. The sale, purchase and ownership of a home is public information.

This guy is very much in the public as he has borrowed millions of dollars that he has not been able to repay. He has started to develop buildings that he has not been able to complete. He has proposed projects that he has not been able to start.

I feel bad for the guy... in real estate timing is everything. He could have retired a few years ago and lived very happily in his lakefront mansion.

My wife and I worked for Kevin Many years ago, and he did an incredible job positioning our company for future Mergers and acquisitions. Now the back-up product within Symantec. He is an eccentric man and one would call obnoxious, but smart. I can assure everyone that Veranda is not built with Faux materials. He's always about doing it right and with extreme class. Many would not agree with him on his level of quality, but that's what he's about. I shake my head partially in amusement, and the other in pity. If allowed to complete the Veranda project, it would be one exotic location to live and visit.

Good Luck to you Kevin. But plan your timing better next time....

So this Mantena guy owns Luxatica, huh? I was there for an event last week and that place easily has $10-million worth of cars on display. I need to meet this gentleman and pitch a few business ideas.

Why the mean jealousy? This man was creating jobs in the Central Florida area for many people with his developments. Everyone always complains there are only low paying service jobs in this area. So why the vitriol and bitterness towards one who took a chance to develop an area, create new jobs, and lost his bet?

I am amazed at the lack of intelligence in some of the postings I read. Why don't those of you who bitch and complain and wish bad karma on folks better off than you, get up off your asses. Instead of sitting in front of the tube each night, why don't you spend some time educating yourselves and make better lives for you and your families. I would bet some of you have not even read one self improvement book in the last 5 years. You have what you have cuz thats all you are really willing to work for.

Yes,$8.5 million is a lot of money, but consider the playing field and the risks taken to get where he is... the money that you make appears to be the fortune of a lifetime to a family living in absolute poverty in the Appliachias... get some perspective...

...no one handed this man anything.

ARE YOU OUT OF YOUR KOOL-AID DRINKING MIND? STUPID ? OR AN AZZOUZ PUPPET??
Mayor Buddy Dyer handed him a $4 million present of our tax money!!!
And check the lawsuits that we know about. He sweet talks people, they give him money to start "new businesses" and then the money vanishes.

Look at the developments he has controlled. He gets homeowners dues to pay his bills, or uses hoa-paid companies to cut his lawn... because he's so special.
