Harassment in Wind Gap: East Stroudsburg man charged

An East Stroudsburg man was charged with harassment after he followed a woman out of a department store Thursday night and tried to get her to pull over as she drove on Route 33 in Wind Gap , according to state police at Belfast.

I'm glad to hear that citizens helped to keep tabs on the guy until police arrived. It's good to know that there are decent people out there that will not tolerate criminal behavior. Also, I'm glad the woman pulled into a public area where she would be safer.

That's fine & dandy but she had no idea what this guy was going to do, public place or not wjat if he had a gun? Never ever pull over for a stranger while driving, cardinal rule. This is an old tactic trying to get someone to pull over, the other is pointing at someone's tire to get them to pull over an oldie but a goodie. Always keep driving & if one must pull over do it in a police station parking lot.
