It did take us awhile to get our food, but we didn't encounter any rude people and out food was hot. Maybe your waitress was nervous being her first day, not condoning her behavior but I'm sure they wouldn't condone it either and value your business. I would let them know of your experience. Most businesses will try to make it right. Have a great day.

Yeah, that have been open for 2 days.... Give them a break ... I can understand but geez, I've had worse service in other places, wouldn't hold it against them ... And I'll bet if u said something to the manager they would have made it right for you... Also this is just a soft opening, they won't have a grand opening till kinks have been worked out ... Have a great day all

I agree pizza dude, "why" you can stop spreading your malicious little jabs. I know the Reno's to be hard working people who work their tails off to raise awareness for CF in memory of their daughter. Take your little comments somewhere else and get a life.

ok for one I am very happy we got a Giovanni's in town, the menu has so much to choose from that all the other pizza places can not compare, second give them a break, last i heard they hired all new people, no one with good experience lives here, all we've ever had are what we have now....that doesn't say much, but it does say that there isn't much to choose from... how about you go back in a couple weeks and try it all again, maybe just maybe they will have worked out their kinks and gotten where they need to be... now if you will excuse me im gonna get ready to have some yummy pizza and pasta this afternoon, ill keep ya posted on my service, im just so happy i dont have to drive elsewhere to get it now:)

That shit is Slop. Can't stand Giovanni's. I have picking up a piece of pizza and the cheese and toppings slide right off.

I drive half an hour to Mt. Orab to get some decent pizza from Larosa's if I want pizza.

@ "why" it's easy to identify the person behind that name u just need to get there IP address any computer geek can do it and then we can put there name out there so they can be confronted as to why they made that slanderous comment .

Anna's Army only has to give 30% of whatever they make to the cf foundation and the rest goes back into things needed for Anna's Army. Don't get me wrong, it's a damn good cause and I support it 110%, but she does get paid from the donations.

I did go to Giovannis and the pizza was awesome!!! They were slammed with people wanting to try their food and even though we waited to get our order we were very satisfied. Their menu is huge and the staff were extremely nice!! I am glad they came to Hillsboro and hired local people. We all know that jobs sure are welcome here!!! My family will be going back! The restaurant is decorated great and its extremely clean. I'm sure they will continue to make excellent food and get faster as their employees get trained. We also tried bread sticks with cheese and they were fantastic and cheap!! I hope everyone will support them. I'm glad they chose to come to Hillsboro and brought so many jobs with them!! Thank you Giovannis!!!

Back to Pizza!!! Whats this have anything to do with the other? and Well actually, its not 30% look at any non profit... there is NO set amount that has to be donated, they make no money from theirs, they donate 100% of any and all donations they receive to BEF (Boomer Esiason Foundation) they keep some monies in a account that she and the accountant are signers on...to maintain the day to day operation of the org. the rest is donated to BEF at dif times of the year..as seen on FB.if you ask they will show you, and you will see 80-90% is donated and the rest is in day to day... Such a good cause and help local people and other local charities... good all around... and Andi is a very hard worker and gets my support, for AA and Giovanni's!

No they don't have a buffet. Maybe they have plans for one later, if most of them have one. The food is really good and the wait time has improved since the first time we went. I'm sure they will get quicker with the food as the employees get more comfortable with their jobs in the kitchen. Check it out and have a great day :)
