sure city is in a financial crisis, let's cut back on hours worked. Cause if anyone thinks the counsil will do more work with less meetings they are nuts.

While Mr. Rosengard might be qualified person for the job, but it appeared Lowell has no one. There needs to be more community empowerment from our leaders. I am, as Coucilor kazanjian said, very disappointed as well
