If the father is 18 or older he will be responsible to pay child support. If he is under the age of 18 his parents are responsible for all child support until their sons become the age of 18.If they do not pay the parents will be arrested.

i have been there n done that. (my daughters were 15 and no i'm not bragging because i thought i was raising them better) regardless of the girls age. she is responsible for the said baby. at the age of 15 n the state of kentucky they r considered old enough to consent to sex. and there is nothin that can be done. unless u have proof that there was alcohol or drugs involved. now if the said baby has drugs n his/her system then D.C.B.S. will step n and take the said baby rt then an there.

Some teen moms get no government help at all because they want to bust there a$$ and take care of their child on their own. I was an example of this because its not the tax payers responsibility to take care of my child its mine. It takes pride and hard work but you can finish school and provide for your child and go to college on your own if you want to. Most people just want everything given to them in life this will get you no were.

I'm 15 and 5months pregnant, the mother ants his name on the birth certificate but my mom tells him no. Who's decision is it? Is it mine or my moms to allow the fathers name on there?

Your parents are not obligated to care for your minor child regardless. It is your child. They have an obligation to you by law and that is it and if you get emancipated, that stops as well.
