Ive been there, a loooong long time ago, I was looking at a pt cruser I think, and they eouldnt come down on the sticker price, so thats not a lie, and wildcat service center has done work on my car before, they put in a whole new engine for me, it took a little longer then it should have but it worked great when I did get it, also j motors is still open, as is cole ford, and a few others, so idk what tour taking about them and hatfields being the only ones open, but the place sucks bottom line, I won't go back, and obviously niether will alot of others. Sorry if this is hard to follow I've been up for 32 hours now, time for bed.

Hey....I have an idea. Don't patronize them any more. Oh I am sorry, perhaps I have used a word that is too big for you and your "healthcare daughter" Let me rephrase that. Don't go there anymore. How's that? Do you understand it?
You hillbillys think you can just go on here and spread poop anonymously. You should be ashamed. I have never been to Mike Wilsons but I do know this......3 years ago there was Mike Wilsons, Hatfield, Cole Ford, Andy Ryan Nissan, and Muncie Buick. All that remains is Wilsons and Hatfield. Let the truth be told. The two that are left (Wilsons and Hatfield) have to be doing something right. That is the problem with Topix. Anyone can slander anyone else in private as the people who are slandering do not have the "balls" to go in and complain to the owner like a mature adult.
You are right about one thing, we do not have to patronize them at all, drive 15 minutes west and be in Shaft City and thousands of cars to choose from!

To Darrell Wilson.........you misspelled RECEIVED, and you should know better! I before E does not apply for this word.
Other than that, you did a nice apology, and they should give you a chance to makeup for their dissatisfaction with their service.

Fire all of them, back when it was Harrod Early, it was a great place, bring back people that really know how to talk to customers, and treat people with dignity, respect and regardless of their income, treat them like they are somebody!!!

I wanted to let you know I accept and appreciate your apology! I have never had any problems with the finance or sales departments I have only had problems with the service department and it was because of the service department manager! When I brought my car up there she was more concerned with the Casey Anthony trial on tv than checking my car in and as for the day I picked my car up I have never been treated so horribly. Thank you for the apology!

I have been taking my vehicle to Mike Wilsons for over 5 years and will continue to do so. I have never had any problems with the service dept. The lady in there has always been very helpful and nice to me. I also recently traded vehicles there and got it over $3,000 less than anywhere else I checked with. If you have a complaint, you should go to management instead of trashing people on here.

I have complained to management and it did no good at the time! The post was originally started to inform others about how I was treated so that they would not have to endure the same! Other people got on here and started trashing others not me as for the woman in the service department that calls herself a manager I could absolutely care less what anyone says about her after the way we were treated as for anyone else that works there I haven't had any problems with anyone but her!

It doesn't really matter either way I will not utilize this establishment EVER again but if it is his son on here apologizing I accept it and thank him for that! I don't always assume that everyone in the world is lying through their teeth but like I said either way I will not go there again!

DO NOT take anything to Mike Wilson's service department. The old woman (if you can call her that) that manages it is the most rude and obnoxious bitch I have ever met! Took my car there for a repair and had asked them to check a few things as well. Called several times and she kept telling me oh they haven't looked at it yet so the next morning I called again and still the same thing. So I told her don't do anything but the one repair that was nessasary she said ok I repeated it don't do anything else just the one repair she said ok. Called back a few hours later only to discover them doing multiple things to my car, I explained that I had said not to do anything but the one repair she basically lost her mind and started yelling at me accusing me of putting her in the middle (of what I don't know) so I plainly said when is my car going to be ready she yelled NOW just come get it now! So my mother drove me up there an I went inside to settle everything. I was willing to pay for what they did but I did want to discuss why things were done that I said not to! As this woman spoke to me as if I was a piece of trash she threw my keys at me and said just take it! We mentioned to her that we would be calling general motors about the way that we had been treated and once again more yelling! Hows that for customer service? What happened to the customer always being right? I dont know how this car lot has stayed open with her working there! So I left and when I had calmed down called to speak with her boss he of course wasn't there and I spoke with his daughter and told her everything she said it would be taken care of! I never received a receipt or any paperwork stating what was done so I took it down to Wildcat Service center to be checked out (just in case) and he checked the entire car for Free! He is a great mechanic and very cheap! Please take your cars to him!
tell me what auto service you had done at wildcat for free!!!my nissian needs brakes will that be free

I have always had my warranty work done at Mike Wilson's. Never had a problem with the warranty work. They did try to charge me $1800 to replace some front end parts. Took it to another mechanic who fixed the problem by replacing some hoses for $200.

My wife and I called there over 10 times in the spring trying to return a lease. The guy who handles that would not return our calls, so we returned at Duthch's in Mt. Sterling. The point is that they don't get anything for taking a lease back, but what they didn't realize is that I was in the market for a new truck. Guess what? I bought it at Dutch's because they took the time to let me turn in my lease. Didn't even check out Mike Wilson's.

I use them for warranty work because they are so close, but if I have the time, I go to Mt. Sterling.
