I don't see how it's not valid here. I had a friend that had a prescription for it, and she lives in Winchester. I'm not sure what the laws are, but I do know that she had a prescription for it, and had to smoke it, and she never got into trouble.

Medical marijuana and its use is mainly a states right issue. KY is one of the states that mainly allows marijuana growth for hemp.
