I need people to help me protest these dumb people at this store.
I have pan tech tablet that has had problems for almost year.
Been in store at least 20 times.
Been on phone with att at least 30 times.
Called pan tech at least 20 times.
After almost year they tell me needs upgrade from honeycomb to ice cream operating system.
No one in a year at store on phone or pan tech told me this.
I finally raised Cain and pan tech informed me of this.
How did store not know this, why?Cause their all stupid idiots there.
Go to store for upgrade and they can't do it. Told I'd have to drive 157 miles away to get it done!!!!
finally they sent instructions on how to get on computer to download new system.
Well I did looked completely different, thought all was fixed finally, WRONG!!!!!
now freezes up, try to scroll up and clicks on whatever, enlarges, shakes, have to turn on and off several times.
Won't type right, for instance has took me 45 minutes to type this.
So if anyone wants to join me will set a date to start this.
I'mgoing to lay this tablet at their front door and take a hammer and bust it into pieces at the door.
I have a sign that I'm going to wear that is on my front and back and will be on sidewalk at their entrance so all can see.
Next week suppose to be warmer so going to try for then.
Anyone want to join me let's talk and get as many as possible then we will all set a date and do this.
If not guess I'll be by myself. Thanks hope to see many

just remember you can protest but not on there property. They can have you arrested and removed. Now you can protest down in front on the bypass or st beside it. But not on there property. Just letting you know.

I know why I said at entrance to parking lot, I will bust tablet first day before at front door then inform them that next day all will be there if I can get anyone to help, if not guess I'll be alone in this.
This country needs people to start protests on lot of issues.

I paid good money for this, should be able to get it replaced ,not have to buy something else.
Besides they should have known about their operating system, and told me this after going there at least 20 Times .
The people don't know about their products then they don't need to be working there.
And so
Sold me something that operating system was outdated.
I've paid $35 for a year liking two weeks now.
War rent is up then, their trying to wait it out so they don't have to replace it.

Plan on calling all three stations once all is set when, just need bunch to make impact.
Time people stand up to these corporations, banks, gas company's , and our stupid government.

I would look for known issues with the product and the fix they used. I would call AT&T and Pantech back. I would ask for supervisor. If that doesn't work ask to speak with there supervisor. You can keep escalating the call until you get someone who has the power to help. Did you purchase a warranty with tablet? If so, escalate the call with the warranty company. It all depends on how long you've had the tablet. If its within 30 days add the warranty. so you can get it fixed or get a new one. i work for a phone company...hope this helps.

Why did att not know this. If they didn't know they don't need to represent products they know nothing about.
Why put me under contract ,charge me over $250 for something outdated?
wanted me to drive 157 miles to nearist place to update it, store couldn't.
sent way to download from PC , now works worse than ever.
I have begged them since June of last year was first report and they have that on file.
Att store here is pitiful. Walmart has better att customer service.

Yes all the stores are bad!! I get calls all the time to clean up the mess!! They promise the world in the stores to sell phones and etc. if the warranty is under Pantech u will have to go thru not at AT&T

I know, but art should have known that I was on honeycomb system instead of the updated ice cream sandwich. Went Thu this almost year.
Don't know when latter came along , this less than year old someone should have known.
Instead charged me $35 month for system that wouldn't work right.

Guess no one in this town will stand for right.
No wonder gas, banks, corporations screw everyone, because we all let them.
They will never stop unless people pull together.
I tried but not one wants to do nothing.
Oh well keep paying out the nose, they know no one will say anything.

hire an attorney instead of bitching about this. if it is under warranty, they have to replace it. end of story. so go ahead and smash it to bits. they wont do anything then. just call them and ask for a call tag, send it back and get a new one. simple, really, if you dont act like a jackass. your choice, but i would opt to not be the jackass in this case.

With all due respect, most people protest because of a common issue that is affecting them all. I think people are having trouble getting behind an issue that only impacts you. There just doesn't seem to be a common denominator. Just my opinion, though.

I have called them several times.
Has to be mailed in and they keep saying this or that,
I have tried ,more that 20 times!!!
been in and out of store, on phone with att, on phone with pan tech just couple hours ago!!!!
Can't get them to do anything, said no warrenty stores in ky.
Won't give me return number to mail it.
Believe me I've tried everything since June of last year, they said was first call on this.
Told them I'd never own anything that said pantech again.

Starting a protest over a broken tablet is an awfully trivial waste of energy. You got had, you bought a crappy product. Suck it up. You've been swindled by ATT. You aren't the first, nor the last. Why not put your crappy tablet down.
