don't even go there for a band aid, the place is a death trap, no medical services beyond a prescription, pathetic to say the least, what a embarrassment. FAIL.

I live in Hemet, CA area. I would like to say my husband and I have a wonderful Cardiologist,
Dr. Ashok Agarwal. He's a excellent physician and his office staff is one of the best, very considerate and caring.

I'm voting "Yes"

Well two of my doctors are on the"supporter" list but i know they didnt put money in the pot to buy the hospital. There are many supporters, but few money donors!

Big question do you want to be without emergency services in Hemet, I had an excellent experience in the ER here and glad it was nearby.I would hate to have to travel many miles to find emergency care. From what I see the MD offices are all supporting the P proposition. It is here for us and we need to support it and make it better. Complaining doesn't help be proactive.

Sylvia, the hospital is spending lots of money on new equipment, echocardiography, bedside lab equipment, new computers...do you really think with this being the only hospital they will shut the doors? They cant return the newly purchased equipment, they have two plans, one if it sells and one if it doesnt.

The money being spent on the election should be used to hire bulldozers or backhoes to tear down the buildings. It's a waste of money - how Menifee Valley can operate with good staff of doctors and nurses as part of this group is beyond me.

top care is at Loma Linda or the county hospital in Moreno Valley. ship me there anytime. HVH and Menifee are NOT quality hospitals. Call them clinics NOT hospitals.

Just for your info..Hemet did have a "house cleaning" of supervisors and that was a much needed thing! Most of the nurses who ever worked there refuse to come back or even pool there due to the bad management that existed there... There are some wonderful caring Docs there. Some who are dedicated to their pts. and that is the ONLY reason they stay. Tower ONE has to come down..not earthquake safe I hear. Tower two can be redone. Catholic Healthcare West and St. B's do very good work. If they shut their doors then where will the elderly in this town go? Are we sure that the Loma Linda bldg. on 215 is a hospital and not just an outpatient clnic such as Kaiser has at Wildomar?
I am going to vote YES and feel the docs will sell it to somebody worthwhile down the road. We have to have a CHANGE any change is welcome!

Loma Linda will be a fully operational hospital complete with an updated ped's unit. Check out their website if you must. You will get your needed "change"...but hope you have the "right" insurance....as they will no longer keep the uninsured..or those with the "wrong" insurance...the doctors dont get reimbursed for all treatments....and im sure medicare will no longer be the right insurance as they pay drg...a lump sum for hospitalization...so if your there with a uti, medicare only pays say $3500 the rest of the $25,ooo is not paid and eaten by the hospital...so again hope you have the right insurance, or lots of cash to pay your bill~!
