With John Petty's three voting block puppets on Hemet City council, he will now work through them to get all services from the city to fund the county of Riverside, third district (Jeff Stone). The unknowing voters bought his mail pieces and the game is on. Hemet will continue to be Rivco's dumping ground for all things undesirable.
