A. What is most important to you when you exercise (or dream about getting in shape)?
1) Strength training/muscle building
2) Weight loss and toning
3) cardio, vigorous exercise
4) stretching and flexibility
You can also list them in order of importance, number one being the most important.
B. When working out or exercising, if you could have whatever you desire, which would be your favorite way to do it?
You can list them all in order of preference if you like, or just tell me which one you like best. Thank you for all your replies, everyone, it will really help me out!
I would rather exercise or workout
2) With a spouse or workout buddy
3) With a group of friends
4) In a mixed group of friends and strangers
5) In a group of strangers
