Arkansan believed drowned in Red River

&#xD;&#xD;TOM -- The Oklahoma Lake Patrol says an Arkansas man apparently drowned in the Red River in far southeastern Oklahoma.&#xD;&#xD;Troopers say 20-year-old Rikka Royal of Ashdown, Ark., disappeared near the center of the river about 9:15 Sunday night.&#xD;&#xD;Investigators say Royal and friends were floating in a normally shallow area of the river southeast of Tom when the water suddenly rose and carried them into deeper water.&#xD;&#xD;The friends told troopers Royal began to panic and they were unable to hold on to him and he disappeared into the water about 75 feet from shore.&#xD;&#xD;The search for his body is to resume Monday morning.&#xD;&#xD;&#xD;Copyright 2008 The Associated Press.<br/>read more<br/>

To answer your question Miss Pamela.. No I wasnt there and yes it doesnt seem right and the day I wrote that I was having a HARD time dealing with it I cant say what happened that day all I can say is that God took a great, loving, loyal man home. I love and will always miss Rikka. And im sorry if I offended anyone in anyway. There are so so many rumors going around and I think it would make it harder on his family because it makes it harder on his friends. I know how it is to loose someone and rumors go around about it. When I lost my dad everyone talked bout how my mother and I killed him because we took him off life support, So when I said that SOMEONE always has something to say I didnt mean to cause anyone any harm. I apologize if I hurt anyone. I didnt mean it they way Miss Pamela took it. I love you Rikka and have so many great memories of you. And I honestly am a better person because I had him in my life..

I just hope I am not overstepping my bounderies by saying that it is hard to belive that a man that weighs 110 pounds soaking wet coulnt be lifted by 1 man let alone 2 of them.. Rikka, it isn't a day go by that I don't think about you. Every day Kylar asks me if you are coming back. It is so hard for me to tell her that we will not see you again on this earth. Everyone keeps telling me that the truth will surface. I can only hold on for soo long. Deep down in my heart I feel it was some wrong s--- went down. Everybody that appears to be your friend is not allways your friend. I will go down believing you were wronged. If this is the case justice will be served by the man up above. WE MISS YOU !!!
