This is absolutely disgusting! No WAY should this girl be facing FEDERAL CHARGES! Thanks so much Buffalo News and the concerned parents group. I think a legal defense fund should be set up for this girl to fight this tooth and nail and then she should SUE THE CRAP out of the Buffalo News and the "tipster".

What a shame!!!!!

Not federal...I meant FELONY CHARGES.

This is absolutely heart breaking.

Brandie - I am so sorry you are a victim of circumstance, much like those involved in the other Wilson issue. Hopefully people will reach out to you and help you through this. Good luck to you sweetie.

this really is a sad story. this was a dumb mistaken. she gave in to peer pressure at a time that she was very vulnerable. i know dea agents and they tell me this is a joke and must be motivated by something political. why does she have to suffer more?

Why would you type Aarons name?! As an adult you should know better! REGARDLESS of circumstances....your just creating another problem, for another child.

Yes...I guess there is confusion, sorry on my part for it. But I do have to say I am glad that we are as parents and community aware of this issue, I know you may feel she is being bombarded and treated unfairly...but I disagree...had it been ANYone else, it would be spoken of differently. I feel she was wrong, 100%.

not true. anyone other than a wcs student would have been suspended and this over and done with, but because the buf news decided to make wilson and example...again...this poor girl lost both parents and now is facing felony drug charges. this wouldn't even happen in the most drug infested schools. as a wcs parent myself i am pissed about this and feel awful for her. my kids were at just as much risk as anyone else in that school and i wholeheartedly believe this is way over the top and political at this girls expense. its not right!
