I contacted these people to ask if they were hiring,And I was treated so rude by this guy named Toney in the Wilmington NC office.I can not beleave that this company would have such a person on their payroll. He was rude and would not give me his full name questioned my motives.I have had years of experence in the security field and being rude to people was not encluded in the job.So much for trying to get a job with these folks,Because if you did this tony person, would make you want to wish you had not.He could not possible be anyone with a higher job ranking because of his nasty demeaner.

This company literally treats their employees like pieces of trash. Do not expect to get any days off for Dr's appts, family emergencies, or sickness. They expect your job to come before your family or own physical well-being. The work that is expected of you is not worth the pay of 8-9 bucks an hour. Don't ever make a mistake or you're gone. The insurance is ridiculous. The shifts are ridiculous. The pay is ridiculous. The Gastonia District is the absolute worst district to work for. The actual District Manager does not know a thing about being a Manager, never been to college and probably didn't even graduate highschool. His assistant is even worse. Charlotte Gregory, probably the worst boss I've ever worked for. The BBB needs to investigate this office and come find out how they're treating their employees. It's not right.

thats crazy. my husband works for that branch, has for 2 years and they have been great to him. sure the hours and pay kinda suck but when he needs time off he gets it no problem. we have three kids and he also goes to school full time along with working a 40 hour shift and charlotte and the rest of the employees have been great. they work around his schedule. and as far as dont make a mistake or your fired?? my husband just got into a wreck in the company car and he is still there and has been assured he is not going anywhere. im sorry for your time at security forces, but maybe the problem lies with you and not the company.
