If Wilmington NC removed their 155 LIMIT on Taxi Cabs, we could promote job growth WHILE lowering DUI & related Crime. It makes so much simple commo sense, that the Wilmington City Council, repeatedly says NO. But then again, they seem to go alog with whatever the Wilmington Taxi Commission (seated directly by the 3 Biggest Taxi Company Owners) tell them to do anyway. What we have in Wilmington NC, is not a busiess friendly city... No.... Rather, a De Jure Monopoly in the Cab Industry. You really want to lower DUI? Then promote Free Markets. The Demand excedes the Supply and it wont change unless City Council agrees to lift their 155 Cap, aka Taxi Limit
