You would have made a great segregationist. I have heard this flimsy explanation more than a thousand times.

So, why doesn't the Republican party make that effort to get ID's for these people since they enacted the law? The reason is simple. They don't want them to vote. That would defeat their reason for establishing the law in the first place.
Avoid it all day long AZ. Why should the Republicans do that? Democrats are the ones with the beef. Did it ever occur that some of those people might vote Democrat?

Hmmm...did you know that when you get your license, state ID or renew either, you can register to vote in North Carolina?

Wait Wait Wait...The ACLU has long been portryed by the right as an evil entity that is responsible for taking away American religious freedom, and now all of a sudden, they have your support? When are they 'good' and when are they 'bad'. In regard to this particular incident, we will just have to see how it develops. Bringing charges does not necessarily bring guilt...but to most right wingers it does, as long as it suits their agenda.
Do not presume Ziffel that I support anything or anyone but liberty and freedom. Along with the defending both.

Kid, get your own lines and quit riding off of ours.

You don't understand a lot things because you are still kid and think like one.

By the way, since I am a licensed to be certified public accountant in North Carolina, South Carolina, New York, Georgia, Texas and Florida, it means I am a licensed professional. Unlike some weak fuck 15 y/o wanna be Tony Hawk.

Arnold, is there something you don't understand about "in my opinion"? I said it's mine, meaning it belongs to me. I didn't say it's the law of the land or that I'm trying to change people that want to marry other races, it's how I feel. If you don't agree, then that's your choice. Again, who do you think you are that people owe you an excuse however flimsy you find it? I'm certain our choice to agree to disagree won't prevent either one of us from doing "in my opinion" what we want to.

Obama definitely is in error legally in his claim as president to have authority to execute US citizens without a trial. I assume that this claim is made as commander in chief of the military after declaring the victims as enemy combatants. Still, the legal grounds are very shaky. He should have secretly ordered the CIA to carry out the assignations in secret, the way this sort of thing has traditionally been handled for at least the last 50 years. Having an open government policy is just too disturbing to republicans.

Arnold, you said you wanted a verse and I provided a verse. I didn't say I condoned the verses anywhere in my post. You asked Silver to show you where God told people not to marry other races, and I provided the verses. You asked a question and I provided an answer and I also said the scriptures were open to interpretation. Do you disagree with what God said?
Yes, god was a bigot. The god of the bible is so barbaric, I am amazed anyone still finds him a good, moral being.

When someone points to the bible for moral reasoning, I find it laughable.

Mrs Romneys snotty comments about "You people" have seen all the records you are going to see reinforces that suspicion. Mitt the twitt is a con artist. That is how vulture capitalism works to make more money for the already rich. He is shooting for the ultimate con, to vulture capitalize the entire US .

Romney is screwed whether he releases them or not. He is hoping people will not demand them, but polls show he is wrong.
Again, I doubt he broke the law. But he certainly is losing trust in voters.

Why the God bashing? You claim He doesn't exist. If He doesn't exist, how was He a bigot? I find your reasoning laughable that you're calling someone you say doesn't exist a bigot.

Mike, do you have professional obligations? Do you have personal obligations? Then you are not truly free to come and go as you please. You make a concerted effort to meet those obligations in order to have a fruitful life. Again, no man or woman is truly free.
I am free to honor my professional and personal obligations. I can chose not to do them. Government will not punish me for my choice.

Freedom is being allowed to chose. Of course choices have consequences in life. But we are free to chose. But you fight against freedom of choice on things that have no effect upon you or others.

I find it strange I must explain freedom to an adult.

Again, your posts show you have no respect for freedom so you find no problem in keeping freedom from others.

But thanks for telling us why republicans have no respect for freedom.

No I don't support the shooting at the Sinkh temple, but I do understand the mans frustrations. This is America. Not India or Pakistan, or Europe or Afghanistan. Would you be treated with the same dignity and respect in their country? All you have to do is tune into any of your relevant news agencies and see for yourself, how well every other country treats American visitors. So again, I do not support the shooting but I do understand the frustration.
I am not defending any other countries. I am defending American freedom.
I condemn any country who does not honor my freedom of religion.
I am not aware of any country in Europe that does not allow atheists.
The other countries you listed are in line with theocracies. They honor more religious law than America. But that is why they are so wrong, and we are more right. But ironically, you wish for biblical law on marriage. You are more in line with the theocracies that are barbaric with religious law.
I am just glad the bible does not demand Burka's for women.
Good to see your bigotry does not make you like violence against those you are against.

I stand corrected. You have the freedom to anything at least once.

But you are incorrect about government not punishing you. Eviction notices, foreclosures etc etc etc...safety nets given to lenders and creditors.

Again, the best kind of segregation...Financial segregation.

Even you mike had to be taught as a child at some point. Nice try to twist it. Not buying your logic.
Once again Mike, your opinion has no substance because it is mere opinion, like mine.
So are you claiming I had to be taught to be straight? By your reasoning, all men in the history of the world were trained to be heterosexual.

Many brothers who had extremely similar upbringing have different sexual orientations. That does not help prove your case.

And just how is someone taught to like the opposite sex over the same? Did you have to teach your kids to be straight?

I can recall liking women in Kindergarten. I cannot imagine anyone had to sway me in that direction before this.

But thanks for telling us how the mind of a republican thinks.
