Horrible experience. Called them to see if my compressor was under warranty and the secretary said it was. So we allowed them to go out to examine. It then turns out it is not under warranty and it is going to be $1,300. They now wish to bill me for there visit due to there secretary's mistake and the fact that we are not hiring them for the job. In addition, we had them replace this same part 15 and 13 months ago. The first time they installed a faulty compressor that lasted 2 months. This one has lasted 13 months. Either Copeland makes alot of bad compressors or these guys do not know how to correctly install them. If this is not bad enough the customer service is horrific. The response I received from them was,"haven't you ever made a mistake?" Even after admitting there own mistake they still insisted on billing me. I certainly wish I could have other people pay for my mistakes. Unfortunelty, this is not the first time I have had issues with this company. We own a property management company and have had them do many jobs which all pretty much have the same theme.
