Princeton Properties is pursuing the construction of a 200-unit apartment complex on a 98-acre site at 16 Littleton Road along the Westford-Chelmsford town line.
I wonder if Better Not Bigger will be targeting this development? I also wonder if the units set aside as affordable keep their designation on the title forever, or only for 10 years? Otherwise, they really aren't affordable.
Not every place is affordable for everyone.
