Jim Miceli is not your average pol. This man has more integrity in one finger than an entire group of pols! Miceli has helped thousands and thousands of people in the Merrimack Valley and he doesn't care if you are democrat or republican..... he just helps folks. An incredible man...... a good man.

Not sure what planet the rest of you are all living on, maybe Mars according to Barney. Miceli is a petty and vindictive person, cross him once and you are done. He always looks to see if you support him before offering to help anyone. That's not the job of a state rep, they should help everyone regarding of party or who they support.

Another ancient democrat incumbent hack. 33 years is enough. You have qualified for your fat cat pension and have all the goodies you can get for yourself. Go home.

Jim Miceli is the poster child for what is wrong with the system. Been there for decades and decades with nothing to show for it except a pension. Gets nothing done. A tired Democrat from the party of Mike Dukakis, Barak Obama and Deval Patrick. If there is one pol who deserves to be thrown out this year it is this guy.

Jim is 75. He could have retired a decade ago and already taken a good pension, but he's still working.

I am curious why someone from Cambridge would be so interested in an election in Wilmingotn/Tewksbury? Are you some liberal pantywaste trying to get one of the few real conservatives out of office?
I agree

As someone who actually lives in Tewksbury, raises a family here, shops in Market Basket, drives Route 38, owns a home here and pays taxes... I find it very suspect that we keep getting comments from people in Cambridge, Scituate, Stoneham and Chelmsford.....
We have a FANTASTIC representative in Mr. Miceli. He is a Conservative (hence the reason I think his opponent keeps trying to come up with other "issues")who represents his district very well. He is involved in the community and has done so many wonderful things for the district (and if his opponent has resided in the district for any period of time, he must know that).

Just an example... actually - why don't you ask anyone that resides in the precincts not included in the district (I am one of them)- he is always more than happy to help. And I can't even vote for him. Wish I could!

I will add a comment besides "are you kidding me?". Jim is an outstanding State Representative who has been consistent in his representation of his district. And when I say consistent, I mean that he consistently votes against taxes; voted agaist paid "hack" holidays; took a pay furlough; and is a CONSERVATIVE voice in the legislature.

We need more like him. Oh and he shows up. Which is important, by the way.

More than I can say for Mario Marchese. Besides his poor attendance record on the Conservation Commission, I heard him on WRKO a couple of weeks ago actually daring Tim Cahill to attend the groundbreaking for the new Tewksbury HS. Mario said he would be in attendance.

But guess what, Mario did not show up! What a surprise! That's par for the course for Mario.

Guess he just calls into the radio to get his name out there....

And just FYI, I would like to add that I am a constituent in Tewksbury despite what the internet is saying.
