Police Identify Victims Of Double-Fatal Del. Crash

Delaware police released the names of the two women who died in a two-car crash in Wilmington Thursday.

Keith Remember it's called an accident and I do know by NJ law traffic accident involving a death person at fault does do time. Hopefully DE doesn't have that rule

No charges have been filed? This kid had to be speeding if he hit the brakes and skidded thru the intersection.

i think the 19 year old kid needs to get a ticket for running a red light

I think her ran the red light. If he stopped and skid, it wouldn't have done that much damage unless he was going at a very high rate of speed when he decided to stop. People stop on slick, rainy streets all the time and don't run into anyone and cause a death. He needs to be charged with running a red light, speeding, and contributing to the death somehow.
