Black Ram Restaurant reopens in Des Plaines
An official ribbon cutting attended by local Des Plaines leaders and chamber of commerce leaders was held last week at the restaurant, located at 1414 E. Oakton St. The former Black Ram Steakhouse went belly up in March 2009 after 40 years in business when the state suspended its liquor license for the owner's failure to pay taxes on the property.
