I got my puppy and the paperwork from the NKC arrived and it is in perfect order. For those spouting blood tests, unless you are the Bullwynns, which I doubt or somehow secreted a vial of Rock'ys blood, you are just talking internet crap, which is far too commmon. Please don't waste my time. Not one soul has contacted me which leads me to believe they are full of crap. I am not, rest assured. I see a lot of random crap on this board, some of which reeks of manure (like the guy you came all the way from Cali to get his dog without checking things out), but I am dead serioius about helping.

I am thankful Bullwnynn's Rocky shows up as the dad. However, I have listed my email address and I am an expert at conducting and prosecuting criminal crap like this. It makes my skin boil. Hey guy give me a chance. Im in the middle of doing some stuff. I will have you an email tomorrow or the next day. Ive just been real busy doing a few things. When I do send the email, I want it to be good and not some drawn out thing.

Im pretty sure that I know how the law works and I know it would be much easier getting a "police officer" to handle it. But the police dept is not interested in anything that has to do with this. The Point police dept is worthless. Sorry to say that to the above poster. My husband can take care of this so we have been hooked up with the right people. I was just extending a hand to you as to show you what this guy is about. If you are SURE then there is nothing for us to discuss as I already have the right people on this. Vic's days are numbered and he knows that. We are working with a couple agencies on the whole thing. I will not discuss which ones or anything to that fact but since your a ADA then you should know who handles things like this. But let me be clear on this just like everyone else has said, if Vic was the one who handled your dog situation then there is a great chance you got screwed. But if you bought it through Bullwynnes then you are fine as they are good people. But there is no way for you to sit here and say that you know anything if Vic handled your experience. I hate to break that to you.

Let me ask you this : Who is the sire/dam on you pup ?

Please dont say Rocky/Superstar or Rocky/Deva or any of these other combos. I will look into it for you and tell you if there is a chance.

guys, I have extended an open invitation to everyone on his board as well and will help them. Like I said, to date not one soul has contacted me, which may be a reason that scam artists get away with so much. Many are willing to piss and moan but few will get off their asses and do anything about it even when a hand of help is offered. I am not including you "guys" in this post as you apparently are actually trying to do something other than griping.

We got our Parpart AB from Vic on January. She is beautiful and is from JoJo and Hydro. Our AB, Elli has had a skin problem which Vic helped me with. He seemed nice but I was uneasy with him having so many dogs. Elli is BEAUTIFUL. He showed me 4 pups I turned down until I got what I told him I wanted. Elli is however going for a skin scraping because I want to make sure the issue is not genetic. I am also having a hip test done when she is old enough. I did get a quality, wonderful dog that has amazing structure. The pups that my other dogs have produced have become part of our family. I stay in touch with 95% of the owners and we share stories and pictures. I have taken in dogs that were returned to me, due to my policy of asking the owners to do so if they cannot handle this breed. Vic may be questionable but life has its ups and downs. If you have truly been scammed then you need to take action. We do not judge Vic by what he does in his personal life but we do judge his dogs. If you look at Parpart dogs from the lineage he has some amazing dogs...period. Vic had too many dogs for our taste but he seemed to care for them. I have 3 AB's and they are wonderful. I was contacted by a sheriff here in Texas right after I posted the new email address. He may be able to help us out. He also mentioned that Vic screwed him. That just makes me laugh. He has the nerve to screw law enforcement. I think he really screwed up doing that but that just goes to show you the nerve this guy has. I dont think he knew who he was screwing. We will see though as the sheriff said that it would be hard but he knew the right people. he said that he hoped Vic would make things right and thats all that he really wants. He doesnt want to lock vic up because then people would not get their money but he said that he would if Vic doesnt make things right or he could transfer the case to the right people as he was out of jurisdiction.

MR PARPART-- i hope you're reading this. You thought you could screw me over because Im a woman but you will learn the hard way that you cant screw people over.

The puppy I purchased from Vic in September, Lilly, is now just over four monts old and is simply amazing. For those guaranteeing that I was swindled and got a dog from another sire and not Rocky, you are wrong. She is the spitting image of Rocky in build and has a great personality. She is huge and is perfectly proportioned. I simply could not be happier with her.

As an aside, those promising to email me and pay for the DNA testing, yea righto, have never contacted me. I am waiting....(crickets chirping)

And to you disgruntled. Im telling you that there is NO way that your dog is who he said it is from. You may of got the right dog as far as pictures but I knew what he was doing for the last 9 months. He is getting dogs from Oklahoma and saying they are his. If he said he bred any dogs in the year of 2009 then he is freaking lying and that is 100%fact. Not even a slim chance. 100% fact.

I have some of Vics dogs and I love them too. But they are frowned upon on. Just wait and see. Its great you love the pup as I love mine but wait till the first time you tell someone you got a "parpart" dog. You better have strongs balls because you will be laughed out of the building.

Vic is a good con artist and you need to face the fact you got screwed. If you got the dog before 09 then you are fine. Again I dont care what you say, Im telling you right now VIC did not breed in 09. NO WAY NO HOW. He sent you pictures of dogs that came from anothers breeders place. So yes you got the dog that he showed you.

I just read through this long story.looks like vic got you guys good. He has been doing this for years.I know the guy and he is dealing wit alot right now.vic does not have any dogs.he has been scamming people for a while now.to the guy who is talking about just getting a pup hey buddy that dog is a mutt.he has no dogs and hasn't for a while now.he is using other peoples pictures and buying the dogs for cheap and turning around and saying they are from another dog.so I hate to break it to you but vic got you no doubt and bullwynnes is no better.

Talk, talk talk, I did my background and all of the crap talkers are just that. No one has backed up their claims yet. My claim checks out and anyone with lots of cash can step forward, and I mean lots of case. If not don't waste any more of my time telling me I was scammed. Buck up and put $5k on the matter. Don't email unless you really have that much money and I will not take your moblie home as collateral. I am sure my email will get just as many responses as it did earlier. Exactly none.

I had a very bad experience with this man. I would listen to what these people are saying. I have gone to Vic's in person and what I saw there is very poor animal care. I made the mistake of letting Vic keep Billy when I needed a place for him for a short time. Vic broke off contact, when I went back to get Billy he was in horrible shape. I spent alot of time healing him up, and spent alot of time at the vets office. Plus Billy had some of the worst hip X-rays I have ever viewed. Vic should not be allowed to continue in this business at any level, unless someone gave him a supervised job cleaning kennels. One more thing some of his dogs are vary dangerous do to lack of handling, they use cattle prods to enter kennels and turkey baisters to breed females. They had a dog brake through their kitchen window and kill a horse on the place. To all beware. Also those who say this and that, I was there and saw for myself. This man needs stopped.
