I don't know what you are trying to insinuate by this statement. I must say that it is about time the new Walgreen's got some competition. When they took over, Ferguson's as we knew it no longer existed. When an entire staff leaves a business and goes to the competition, that tells me a lot.

I hope Lakeland does well in our small town and doesn't face any more negative statements like yours.

Which one? The new crew will be at Ferguson Drug. The old crew is next to Subway.

Wait a minute. I may be wrong, but I heard that the man who bought out Ferguson's sold out to Walgreen's and then opened the new pharmacy. He took many of the employees to the new pharmacy.

I'm glad we have two pharmacies in town now. Competition is good for all of us. The move here by Walgreen's is a new one--not old news.

First of all, the pharmacist was working for USA Drug and they sold out to Walgreen's.
After Steve was no longer there, the pharmacy "techs" acted like they were too good to wait on you or help even answer the phone. Especially Diane, if she smiled her face would crack. I know the transition will be slow for a while, but have patience and I think the old drug store will be a lot better. At least the people working there are smiling and friendly.

I went to the Ferguson's/Walgreen's pharmacy yesterday and found the employees helpful and efficient. They have redone the store and have a good stock of items and some interesting specials. If you have prescriptions at any Walgreen's, you can get them now in Willow Springs. That will save some trips to West Plains and Mountain Grove. I wish this new pharmacy the best of luck. Let's patronize our hometown business rather than going elsewhere.

Th Lakeland pharmacy is just as "hometown" as the Walgreen's. Unless you have a Walgreen's plan, you're going to pay more there. I know of one person who savd $70 on one presription by going to Lakeland.

If the employees at the new Ferguson Drug treat all their customers as well as they treated me recently during my visit, I predict they will be successful in Willow Springs!

I stopped doing business at Ferguson Drug almost two years ago due to the rude nature of their employees. I switched all of my prescriptions to the Walgreens in West Plains.
Now that I know Ferguson Drug has been switched to a Walgreens powered system (and that most of those hateful employees are gone) I'll be switching my prescriptions back. It's so much easier for me to just order my refills on the Walgreens app on my phone than it was to have to be told to "hold" my a huffy woman over the phone.

In this evil times, it pays to shop for the best price on prescriptions. I've found that Walgreen's is cheaper on many items than any other store and also offers some excellent benefits on their Balance Rewards card. You actually get money back when you buy things at Walgreen's. Check it out.

You have no idea what goes on in a pharmacy I'm sorry you think that it takes to long for you to get your drugs but I have been at pharmacy that it took no less than 3 hrs and you don't dare leave because you will loose your spot. But just be thankful and go on
