I am a friend of the families; and I can't tell you how devistating this is for the family. Tom is a vet who served in NAM for the protection of this country; and now the laws of this country cannot even protect his family. How can a
convicted felony who is here illegally be permitted probation to run our streets. Why was he not deported. We are spending millions in our government for an
immigration dept., border patrol and yet we turn our head even after they are convicted of crimes and let them remain on our soil to stalk American citizens.
