Let this be a lesson. Don't run and don't be a trouble maker and/or a threat. Too bad it ended that way BUT it's either the officers life or another innocent person.

well i am glad i finally read some of the thoughts put out there......but here is a news flash......the mother was never charged, because she never did what they said she did, that's the first.
Second yes they most certainly did go to that home with nothing but evil on their mind, you see they have been harrassing him for years, and the mother did report it too various authorities.....
Third......no he most certainly did not have a gun, and the one "they say" he was pointing was found not to have any of the boys fingerprints......and would you be surprised too learn that the witnesses advised the county detectives "they never saw a gun"....
so here is a news flash they are being sued in Federal court in phila..........and no a jury of that boys peers will hear the case. So please for all of you who have been misinformed, follow the trial in March....then you can kindly apologize to the family for your lack of knowledge .....this department has a long long history of abusing there power. You who live in that community should bear arms and most certainly be afraid of that "poor excuse" of a police department

In this case the police where there to arrest the mother. Sean just happened to be there at the time, there was also an arrest warrant for him as well. If both suspects had surrendered peacfully, this all could have been avoided. She was his mother. Obviously she guide him by saying "Sean maybe it would be a good idea if you turn yourself in" Sean unfortunatley learned from her bad example, long before this situation took place. I would not want to be a police officer in this day and age. You are damed for doing your job; and you are damed when you don't. It seems they are wrong no matter what they do. The suspect bears no responsibility in any of their wrong doings. Sorry, I don't buy this. Hope none of you ever are in trouble; and need to call the police. It would seem very hypocritical for you to do so.
I am so glad you arent in my family too..........because you are way off base and real quick to judge. Maybe a closer look at how often this dept has HAD CIVIL COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM....SHOCKER IT GOES back as far as 1982. Maybe if they were made to pay the consequences for there inappropriate behavior they would not have been free to kill an UNARMED human being. They are being held over on charges in federal court, so you see, you didnt get the whole story that day....ONLY WHAT THEY WANTED REPORTED.....I was not the one to be in fear of.......it was and still is the police dept.

This $hit happens EVERYWERE in every county. NEVER EVER trust a pig, they all stick together wrong or right. Its them and us, look at whatís happening in Egypt. Military are for the people, police are the enemy, the ones who turn on the people. This kid could have bin anyoneís kid, the key word is "kid". Kids donít think rationally and at times make bad decisions, its all apart of maturing. Egypt is just the beginning cause that $hit will happen here.
Time to take bake and police ourselves, we donít need them. Punch up police brutality on Youtube and youíll sit for an hour disgusted at what youíll see. Remember 99% of police brutality goes undetected. Good cops protect the bad cops by not speaking up so that makes a good cop a bad one. WAKE UP and POWER UP!

It still don't excuse the fact that he was climbing a fence, and one of the shots was in his back. Luckily with all 55 shots going off, none of the other homeowners were injured or worse, because the bullets actually penetrated homes. Couldn't they take cover, and possibly shoot him in the hand or leg or foot? Basically, the kid was scared and was trying to get away! Glad it not on my conscience.
Sorry all 6 shots that hit Sean were in the back!!

AND IM SORRY MY MISINFORMED PEOPLE, MOST OF THE SHOTS THAT LANDED ON SEAN WERE IN HIS BACK ONLY 2 OF THE 6 CAME FROM THE FRONT. HE WAS RUNNING AWAY THE WHOLE TIME!!!! GET REAL PEOPLE!!
